On August 14, Hu Qianfang, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Statistical Survey Center of the Municipal Bureau of Statistics, led personnel from relevant departments of the Bureau, including trade, industry, and directory database, to the Dental Industrial Park in Gaoping Town, Huaxian County, to conduct research on the upgrading and inclusion of enterprises into the statistical system. Officials from the Huaxian County Bureau of Statistics and the town government accompanied the research team.
The research team conducted in-depth discussions at the dental industrial park. They gained a detailed understanding of the organizational structure, core business operations, main management practices, and current challenges faced by companies within the park. Both sides engaged in in-depth exchanges on how to help companies in the park legally upgrade their operations and be included in the statistical system. The research team explained the relevant requirements and preferential policies for “inclusion in the statistical database” to township officials, encouraging companies to actively cooperate with the inclusion process and offering suggestions for their development.
The research team emphasized three key points: First, it is essential to adhere to legal and scientific statistical practices, strengthen source quality control of statistical data, ensure objectivity and comprehensiveness, and accurately reflect the economic development trend. Second, it is crucial to actively coordinate with various government departments to support the growth and development of enterprises, eliminate their concerns about inclusion in the statistical system, stimulate their awareness of registration, and encourage leading enterprises to take the lead in registration and create a demonstration effect, thereby driving more local enterprises to register. Third, it is necessary to continuously monitor the operation of the industrial park, promptly resolve the difficulties and problems encountered by enterprises, help them overcome development bottlenecks, promote their continuous development and standardization, and strive to ensure that enterprises can be included in the statistical system as soon as possible.
