grain and oil machinery industry is a traditional pillar industry of Laodian Town in Huaxian County. To further strengthen the industrial agglomeration effect and promote high-quality industrial development, Laodian Town has accurately positioned itself and created a specialized grain and oil machinery industrial park with a clear industrial direction. Through diversified measures, it has successfully attracted large-scale equipment manufacturing enterprises to settle in. Among them, Henan Shuangshi Group Grain and Oil Machinery Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 50 million yuan and focusing on the production of high-end and mid-range grain and oil processing equipment, has experienced rapid development since settling in the park, achieving rapid growth in the past two years.
“Our sales situation is very good. Our products are sold to Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang, Shanxi, Shandong, Hebei and other parts of the country. In the dental industrial park of Gaoping Town, Huaxian County, industrial development is equally vibrant. Stepping into the production workshop of Henan Jian’an Medical Equipment Co., Ltd., five newly commissioned five-axis CNC dental machine tools are neatly arranged, and workers are operating customized computer software to produce high-speed dental burs in an orderly manner.
“These five-axis machine tools adopt a new type of fully automated production. The program is imported into the computer, and the robot automatically loads and unloads materials, greatly shortening production time. Now, the products produced are of better quality and more stable in performance,” said Niu Mingshuo, a worker at Henan Jian’an Medical Equipment Co., Ltd.
While the offline workshop is operating at full capacity, online channels are simultaneously boosting sales. This “offline production + online sales” model effectively reduces operating costs and improves product market circulation efficiency.
“Since the beginning of this year, our company has received nearly 1,000 online sales orders per month alone. Our products are sold to multiple provinces, including Guangdong, Guangxi, Xinjiang, and Inner Mongolia, and the sales situation continues to improve,” said Liu Aosen, sales manager of Henan Narexing Medical Equipment Trading Co., Ltd.
Currently, the dental industrial park in Gaoping Town has attracted 122 sales companies, 3 manufacturing companies, and 2 logistics companies, and the industrial agglomeration effect is beginning to emerge, with the industrial chain continuously improving.
